The grants and milan, nm vision zero safety action plan

OVERVIEW

Northwest New Mexico Council of Governments (NWNMCOG) is developed a Grants and Milan Vision Zero Safety Action Plan to eliminate traffic fatalities and injuries on Public Roadways. The VZSAP is a data driven, six year plan that establishes a vision, emphasizing areas and strategies for improving safety for people of all abilities. ​

EMPHASIS AREAS

Emphasis Areas shown below account for percentages of fatal and serious injury crashes in Grants and Milan. Improving safety in these areas will have a signigicant positive impact on crash trends and increase safety. Increasing the likelihood users arrive safely when traveling on the roadways.
