Behavorial Health Regional Planning

COG Functions:

To serve as a forum and provide multiple avenues for input on behavioral health in San Juan and McKinley counties (Region 11).
To develop a regional plan that is ultimately approved and submitted to the State of New Mexico.
To help prioritize recommendations and investment priorities for decision makers, partners, and funders.

We would like to hear for you to inform the region's behavioral health priorities.

Early Access Regional Plan Funding

The COG, as the accountable entity, is responsible for spearheading an application to the Health Care Authority for its Notice of Funding Opportunity linked here and below. In aid of that heavy lift due on December 19, the COG is soliciting local priorities through a request for consideration form. If you are eligible and interested in funding, please submit a proposal that will be reviewed for consideration and potentially being part of the Region 11 application.
