Governor's Capital Outlay

The Governor issued a Letter on Capital Outlay which lists the following requirements of proposals submitted to her for funding:
  1. The request project is included as a top three priority on the entity's ICIP
  2. Entities requesting funding should demonstrate that they have exhausted all other possible sources of funding for the project. This includes other State funds for which the project is eligible for, as well as any applicable funding sources.
  3. The Entity requesting the capital outlay should demonstrate commitment to the project by contributing the entity's own funding to the project where possible.
  4. Funding requests should be $100,000 or more.
Capital Outlay request to the Governor can be submitted using this form.
